Managing Past Sessions

Accessing past sessions allows you to review and edit your clinical notes and more, ensuring thorough and accurate documentation. This feature is particularly beneficial if you did not have the chance to complete documentation immediately after the appointment, enabling you to finalise and update records at your convenience. Follow the steps below to access and manage your past sessions.

Accessing Past Sessions

  1. Navigate to the Sessions Page
    • Ensure you are logged-in to your Note Dr account.
    • Navigate to “ALL SESSIONS” in the menu at the top of the page.
  2. Viewing Past Sessions.
    • On this page, you will see a list of your past sessions. Each session entry includes the date, time, and session name.
    • To view or edit a session, click on the edit icon (pencil) next to the corresponding session entry.

Editing a Session

  1. Select a Session to Edit.
    • Click on the edit icon (pencil) next to the session you wish to edit. This will open the session details.
  2. Review and Edit Appointment Details.
    • In the session details view, you can see the Session name and other information such as whether the audio was deleted.
  3. Edit Clinical Notes.
    • Expand the Clinical Notes section by clicking on it.
    • Choose a notes template from the dropdown menu if needed.
    • Edit the clinical notes as required.
  4. Generate Letters, Reports, and Documents.
    • Expand the Letters, Reports & Documents section by clicking on it.
    • Select a template from the dropdown menu if you need to generate a document.
    • Enter the required documentation details in the text box provided.
  5. Save Changes.
    • After making the necessary edits, ensure to save your changes by clicking the appropriate save or update button.
